[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund | |||
Hi, I was looking for hathway broadband and i spoke to a call center person sindhu ([protected]), she referred me to line person (Raju [protected]), i informed my location and lane he said to pay the amount which i paid inr 2300 for 3 months pack. Later raju informed that hatchway connection line is not in my lane. So i was expecting refund they said it will be done in 15 days. I called many times but no answer from raju and also customer care every time they say 15 days and 15 days. I am fed up with this i want to go with different company. I need internet service for commercial purpose. This people are not letting me know what is going on. Please find the screen shot of the payment attached. Hathway broadband service is to bad.
