[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund not processed

I applied for new broadband connection on march 25th after confirming with the agent on the date of installation. He confirmed it will be installed on march 30 or 31st as they got the approval from government. On 30th i received call from service executive saying can we postpone the installation after april 14th as it is not possible to install now..in that case, i asked for a refund also simultaneously received a message from hathway if i want to go with refund due to delay. I filled the form and it was said that the refund will be done in 3 days.. But i haven't received it so far.. Hathway is cheating many customers like this... For your reference i am attaching one facebook thread where we discussed about this..

Eventhough I have discontinued the broadband service I am getting daily calls .
Even in this difficult situation when we all Indians are struggling, Hathaway has started harassing people .

I have made email complaints but looks like nothing has been done . Attaching the screenshots.

I have already DMed my contact number 3 days back in Facebook.. no executive called so far.. Reached the customer care twice and raised the complaint.. dockets are closed without solving.. looks like a big scam.. kindly process the refund soon
