Hathway Cable & Datacom — refund of deposit | |||
Hathway people came and took the modem after i stopped recharging. According to the agreement, there is a refundable deposit of rs 1350. So far i have not received a refund. It has been 15 days since the modem was picked up. I was promised a refund in 24 hours after modem pickup. I don't know what to do now. Neither i have their modem nor my deposit refund. Please guide. Did you eventually receive the refund? I am facing almost the same issue with pathetic hathway support.
