Hathway Cable & Datacom — regarding fraud in service guarantee. | |||
When i recharged lastly on february, my payment failed at the time of offer period, so next day from hathway i received a call which said please make a recharge of 6 months and you will receive 2 months extra even though offer was over. So i made a recharge. Now after 6 months they are not giving this 2 months extra and stalling me for more than a week. They say that they record the call but they cannot find the conversation now. I feel cheated as i was not going for a recharge and was about to change the service provider for me. Now i had to make a recharge of 1 month again to which again i have been frauded as the customer care person told me to make a payment of 1196 and you will get 500gb of data but it is showing me only 50 gb data in their application. So when i confirmed about that they are saying they don't have any pack of this amount. So please check what is the matter here and why this is happening. This might be happening with many people.
