[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — regarding inconvenience of disconnecting the connection

I am hathway customer, having account no [protected], for 3 years, now i am leaving delhi and want to disconnect the connection but your agent is saying it can be disconnected as remaining period of plan is 4 months and he is asking for rauter (Modem) to be kept safe with himself. But i feel suspicious of its unauthorised use by him. So i kindly request you to disconnect my connection as soon as possible and take necessary action against your agent. Plz disconnect it upto 27th june as i am leaving on 27th at night.

A/c :[protected] due to poor customer service i disconnected hatway connection, here it was more than a year i didn't receive deposit amount
