Hathway Cable & Datacom — repeated renewal calls

I have moved from the specific location and do not want to renew my internet data connection with hathway. Irrespective of reiterating this fact to hathway internet mumbai everyday, i am still getting multiple calls (4-5) calls each day for renewal.
They also promise that they wont call again but repeated harassment is being done
Request you to please take an action as multiple users on internet are facing this issue and are harassed.
