[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — responsibility of not connecting the cable

Our connection lost, its been almost 4days, in spite of calling them number of time, they are so irresponsible and just playing with us. Till now none of them has turned up.
Especially i would like to name this people
Location: upparpally, venkateshwara encalve colony.
I request u to take action on them.
