“wrost service” Well know saying "it can’t get worst that this, but we have #hathway #broadband #mumbai which get the worst out the worst Simple issue with the slow speed, gave multiple complains issue still pending The call center is pathetic and the manger are worst, the agent don’t transfer the call to them and they don’t call back also When it’s comes to their escalation team which is “fs team” the buried my expectation 6 feet below, this made me regret my decision of buy #hathway connection but unfortunate for me there is no other isp in my area As the last option i am writing this on facebook and other social media so there upper management know how there worker are playing with their customer and their brand is getting hampered My case# 22062017m626626-1 / 26062017w677281 Was this information helpful? | |||||
