[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — slow and service problem | |||
Hi team I'm the user of hathway broadband service here i'm facing a lot of problem. On 5th nov 2018 i renewed for 6 months connection from the day one of 5th my connection is not stable it getting disconnected as the provider said it's 50mbps but till yet i'm not awear of it i hardly the speed of 1mbps. I lodged complaint in the morning hrs n the provider called me night hrs to make confirmation is this the way of provider do to a costumer. Apart from this no quick response i'm loosing my money my work. I'm not at all happy with this hathway provider seriously it's like a shot for me apart this provider if i preferred a local provider i would be better. Please take some serious issue and put some sense to the provider. You people can have a view i'm sharing a picture what speed do i getting from provider Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
