[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — slow net speed since 12 days, complaint raised yet no response | |||
My customer no : [protected] (Bangalore) I have raised a complaint on 11.05.2019 and its 12 days now. I have called the customer care around 16 times now. They said they have done a new cabling and new router will be required which they send me by post 5 days back. Yet not a single person has come to install the router.
