Hathway Cable & Datacom — subscription paid but no signal over 24 hrs | |||
Have paid subscription for acnt no [protected] on 13mar at 3pm for 2 VC cards . Ack of this payment rec'd by sms at 6pm . Till now 8pm 14Mar19, no channels can be seen and only get message to contact cable operator who is absconding since 1 month from our Colaba mumbai 5 area. Customer care helpline [protected] keeps u on hold for 10min n rhen disconnects! This is daylight loot n no responsible person avlb .
