ACCOUNT NUMBER : [protected] NAME : BRIJESH NAIR Hathway Email Id- [protected]@hathway.com I had received a pamphlet from Hathway with the new Tariff plans, I had requested them to change my existing plan which is of 5 mbps speed and 25 GB free data limit to the new plan RIDE CENTRAL - 5 mbps speed and 60 GB free data limit effective December. Monthly rent only 699/- However till now it has not been changed, its been more than one month, there are a lot of email exchanges and phone calls . However no resolution whatsoever . They are saying to pay extra however i have already made a payment till March and i am paying a higher amount with low benefits. Hathway is cheating their customers by having two tariff plans and the old customers are not getting any benefit. Also why i should wait till the expiry of this plan for a simple change. I want the authorities to take this complaint seriously as Hathway has already wasted a lot of time. These are the things which I want to see for my Hathway Account. 1) Immediate Change in Tariff plan. 2) I can’t wait till the expiry of the plan just because I have already paid for 6 months, Hathway cannot cheat customers by providing different plans Attaching the brochure that was sent to me. I need a speedy resolution before i decide to end this account to Hathway. However wanted to register this complaint so that other customers don't have to go through this disgusting and hopeless service from Hathway Was this information helpful? | |||||
