[Resolved] Hathway Cables Bangalore — package being deleted by hathway local cable operator | |||||
Team, Hathway lco by the name ravindranath k b has deleted the package opted by me since i had paid for the package online using hathway app. I had an active hathway cable plan until 22 september 2019 but he deleted my package on 17th september 2019 without my consent. He has recharged the package on his own yesterday and now billing period is changed. He is asking us to pay again by cash today and is threatening to dismantle cable if i don't pay him by cash. Let me know how you will solve this issue? Why is your lco forcing us to pay by cash?
