My Hathway account plan is expired in last month. Even though, I told clearly to hathway persons calling from call centres many times that I dont want to continue the connection because i am not satisfied the service. But still I am getting 2/3 calls OR SMS to renew the connection. I fed of these calls from your team. Once the payment is done nobody cares about the problems.
I request you to inform the concerned team - to stop calling me/ send SMS.
When i was using thr connection these person never resolved my issue permanently FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR PERIOD. Everytime they are telling that technical person will come and check but till last month nobody turned up. There billing team is also not replying properly.
I am FED UP with and dont want to continue with Hathway.
