[Resolved] Hathway — Calls post request for adding to DND | |
Dear Forum, My internet connection is not in use. The last date for my pack was 31 August 2021. I have received 6 calls yesterday from 6 different numbers at odd hours of the day. I have politely asked them in the last call to add me to the DND list and that I would be reporting them to the consumer forum if they failed to do so. I have received 3 calls in the span of 1.5 hours. True to my word, I would like to submit my complaint herewith. Request your action on this, as the volume of these calls has now reached borderline harassment. Was this information helpful? | |
