Hi, I am a new Hathway digital cable tv customer. Already submitted my customer service from to local cable operator. My cable tv connection is not working from 2 weeks I had already raised a complaint regarding this before 1 week ago but there is no response from Hathway side. I want to get resolved my complaint asap and also need reimbursement of paid amount for this period.
