We using hathway broadband from last 2 years. Due to lockdown we are out of station now. My account expired on 6th june 2020. They starting call me from june 1st on-wards to renew my account. Daily i am getting nearly 10 calls from the customer care. I have already informed customer care that "we are out of station, we will renew the account once we reach to our work location". Is this the way to behave with customers.? I don't how you have become one of the major Internet service providers in India with such a worst customer care service, which doesn't take consider the customer opinions?
