I purchase GTPL Broadband internet on 27 June 2022, it took 2 days to start actual working internet on my premise.
After 5 days internet just stop working, i was calling everyday to customer service they told me that there is technical issue on my area, however the story was different. The internet was close for 5 days. I had to visit the office and then they sent engineer to check the issue. The same story repeats again my internet connection is stop working for last couple of days, tried calling customer service, visited office, raised a ticket. They closed the ticket without solving issue.
I want to close the connection and i sent email for that but still no reply. Was this information helpful? |
