Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Broadband down at night

My gtpl broadband always down at the night after 10pm, and when i call to their customer care they say we register your complain and we will send someone to resolve your issue but now its almost 2 months but not a single person came yet, i really fed up...i even gone to their office but still no help from their side...hope you can help me in this issue.
