My broadband internet connection is not working since 11th July, 2022. I have booked complaint regarding this problem on 20th July, 2022, vide complaint no. 18943556. Same day I have received message claiming that, problem will be resolved in 24 hrs.
As the problem was not solved after repeated calls on Helpdesk of GTPL, I have informed Appellate Authority Mr. Kamal Bhatia (appellateauthority.[protected]@gtpl.net) on 31st July, 2022. Yet my problem is not resolved because of company's internal issues.
My desirable resolution is, urgently re-establishment of my internet connection, and written apology letter from company along with refund of my payment in cheques for the days which did not provided me internet connection because of this issue.
