Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — complaint regarding internet not working and not coming to fix the issues

Internet not working since last 3 days and last 2 weeks ago same thing.
They took money in advance and not providing any technical support. More than 10 time s i called and filed complaint, gtpl call center people said, our technical peron fix your internet in 24 hours but he is not coming.. I did complaint more than 10 times over the phone. Technical person chirag is not responding proper answer. We paid 5400 rupees for 1 years. Gtpl not providing any service, technical not even come and check the issues
