I am from ahmedabad. My gtpl id is zsc4. Whenever internet is down the customer care phone lines become busy. And the issue does not get resolved for days. There is no way to put a complaint in such case. Customer care is just useless in this situation. My internet is down since 2 days. And this has happened many times. Gtpl has to give me refund of all these days when internet was down. To gtpl - resolve this asap or else i will take stricter action.

My internet not working since one month with so many compline .
aT MY Office also it is stop after 8.00 pm every night.
chargeble toll no show always busy. Toll free no is out of order since one month. I think intesly you are harressing me by not providing internet.
