Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — I am complaining about GTPL broadband connection transfer

I have recently shifted to my new house so I apply for connection transfer of my GTPL Broadband Connection on 23rd June and paid 560 rupies as transfer fee and today is 1st July and they are still not coming to change my connection to new location .I have tried so many times to inform their customer support but they are not doing anything
