Complaint marked as Resolved I don't know you guys solve it or it's me...but after i wrote complaint to you...i also called all Vadodara gtpl center and one gtpl sale/ technical executive told me to wait till next day that he check what problem is going on...
I got my refund check...
But problem is why gtpl sale executive took payment from me if they are not ready to install at my home...
So my advice who want to install, don't do payment tell them i will pay at time of activation/installation...or give them check after 7 days from booking...
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
