I had applied for shifting of my internet (broadband ) connection at GTPL customer care, i received call from their service executives very next day and i paid 560 RS charge they mention me over phone, next day after payment they visitted my new office location and instruct me to lay a cable which we did in 3 days. since than no one is coming at my office, i did not save mobil number of service executive who came at my offfice so i have to call only at GTPL customer care, they are giving me ticket numbers but yet nothing happen. i am losing my important works due to internet. please help me out, forward this masssge to GTPL. my registered mobil no. with GTPL is [protected].
