[Resolved] Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Internet stops every alternative day

GTPL connection is provided to me in this week. And today it's not working. I registered complaint.

I have already complained about today in the morning. I just tired by complaining in the morning and full day I am without internet. then it start. It happens every alternative day. I paid for 6 month it means i am able to use 3 months. is it? The agent is not picking up my phone. Customer care is just noting down the complaint.

What should i do?

They are telling me cable is cut. The house behind me is having working GTPL internet. I can understand how they cheat.
