Since last 2 month my net is not working properly. I have lodged so many complained with gtpl, but i got no satisfactory result. Since last 20 days net not working at night (9 pm to 9 am), i lodged number of complaint daily with gtpl but the same issue could not be solved till today. I have paid full amount but not getting services. My userid is dinesh7.

Updated by [email protected] After complaining at Consumercompaints.in for GTPL company at today morning, some fraudster name Rahul Kumar Mobile number [protected] call me to refund my money from GTPL company and ask me about Debit card number, otp for refund. Due to insufficient balance in my card he could not succeed in his work.
This is a serious concern of security for consumer complain department and for GTPL also..!!!

Please take this a seriously to reduce this type of fraud with general public.
