Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — not getting the channels despite of submitting the channel selection list and amount for the same

We have already made our selection of channels as per new rules and have submitted the same to our local cable operator alongwith the required subscription amount but still we are not getting few of the channels like sony tv, sab tv, zee tv and few more. Called the operator so many times even visited their office also but nothing has been done till now.

Really disappointing. Wish to change our connection in the coming month. Worst service from the current cable operator
