Complaint : i have done online recharge for renewal of internet plan of 3m @ 3999 for 7 months on 5th july 2017, money had been deducted from my account and its confirmation also received from pay.in but on gtpl website no any payment shows in gtpl website so gtpl did not renew my internet plan

I have called many times in gtpl customer care but there is no any taking my complaint and suggest only for wait
How much time i have to wait
This is very very bad experience i had faced
Even i have sent email 5 times to [protected]@gtpl.net but no any reply recieved
