We had opted for gtpl broadband connection for an year (10/01/2022 till 10/01/2023) but although after complaining the issue was not resolved because of which we are not been able to attend our classes and my work too is hampered. I had issued my complaint on 15/01/22 but it has not been resolved till now and also I had called to the customer care several times and also mailed them with ample of reminders, also complaint to their appellated authority and also visited their office and I was provided with the same excuse by your executive each and every time that they have an technical issue since last 5 days when asked about further details they knew nothing redarding it. we had already paid them an amount of 7, 495Rs for an year plan with a speed of 100Mbps 3 days before installation. Because of this I'm suffering from a loss on both academic and work front.
Also after after installation it was not working as the router has no access to the internet but they had started counting the days form 10/01/2022 itself where as the wifi started working from 11/01/2022. From 15/01/2022 it is not been working till today i.e, 19/01/2022.
