Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Worst internet. customer service is worst

From past 15 days I have complained 4 to 5 times regarding no internet connection. the pics the issue but just after one day face no internet connection again. I try to contact technical person with whom I was in touch earlier but they didn't responded in proper way, most of them are not picking my calls even not answering on WhatsApp after seeing messages. p

guys please improve your service otherwise you will be left behind in this competitive market of internet
I want refund of the services which I am not used till now
