Hathway — Hathway harassment through calls to return the device after I have relocated | |||
I paid my bill in June and because of my parents employment we had to relocate and since it still has been few days hence I contacted the customer service to provide me the internet service at a new location but they said that the service is not available in the new location, there after I said then they should process the refund they said even that is not possible. I did not do anything I asked them to close my account but they never closed my account and they daily call me from July for renewal and asking me to continue the service, and after so many months of not using the subscription now in January they are asking me return the modem and device how could a person handle all these, they harass me every day by calling.
