Hathway — Hathway - No benefits given as promised at the time of installation

I have applied for new broadband connection in march-17. Hathway sales representative promised me to give 200GB extra per month for next 12 months with my current subscription plan. Its been more than 20days after installation there is no credit of extra GBs as promised at the time of payment. Sales representative not even picking up my phone after sever attempt. I even tried raising ticket with the with service provider but they close my ticket without any resolution of my case. The sales representative number is [protected]/[protected].

Very disappointed with hathway service will never recommend hathway broadband to anyone.
