I had hathway internet connection in Bangalore HSR layout. As I have moved to different place i told them to close the connection but I have been getting more than 30 calls per day continuosly and I am tied of explaining everybody who calls me for recharge and offers and asking for reasons. Please help me with stopping this calls as its giving me lot of mental stress and not able to concentrate on anything throughout the day due to this calls. +1 photos Was this information helpful? You need to raise a request in customer care number 40284028 from your registered number and state your need.. I was able to get a person to return the modem only after that. Before that i was stating to send a person to return modem on every call i received and all they say is they would update.. just like a robot.

Even after raising complaint they are telling complaint is not raised.The calls are continued.
