[Resolved] Hathway — I didn't get money refund | |||
Initially I requested for a new connection and I spoke with the agent.They said send me the documents required and I sent aadhar, passport size photo.They generated a payment link and we paid through that link.After all this happen one of his agent again call back me and said for your location there is no availability.I spoke with same agent which I have paid.since 6 days they are saying we will refund you still I don't get my money.I paid for 3 months plan 1767.0/- please help me to get my money back.
