[Resolved] Hathway — Internet connection | |||||
Hi I have paid amount rs 1794 in advance on 3/12/2016 to hathway broadband for new connection. I requested a request in hathway broad band and his sales person visited at my place for quotation and as he suggested I have made payment and he committed to me that he will get install internet connection on 4th Dec 2016 but on 4th Dec when I called him his manager tejinder received the call and said that there are no feasibility to provide connection at your place. Now I am feeling cheated and due to this false communication I am in loss of 15000 rs. So please make a serious case against them get provide me compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
