Hathway — Internet disconnection

I had took internet connection from hathway on 16th Feb 2021 for 50mbps plan but after installation the speed was so slow and i star complaining regularly but no complant has been attended. On 19th Feb i send the mail to disconnect my connection and to refund my deposit id rs. 2120/- and start reminder regularly but no reply has been made till date.

So I am complaining to consumer complaint cell to take the initiative to made my refund back and took legal action against the company

Updated by raj_mehtta NO ANY PERON HAS BEEN CALL ME FOR ANY RESOLVE THE ISSUE. PLEASE TAKE IT VERY SERIOUSLY AS COMPANY IS FULLY FRAUD. PLS TOOK SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM
