Hathway — Net connection is not active after successful recharge. | |||
I have hathway broadband internet connection with consumer ID 1310520. I have recharged my account for Rs 5250 for 6 months on 7 July 2015. It's been more than 2 days but the net connection is still not available. Also the account is showing only Rs4744 Credited. I didn't find any option to mail them. Whenever I tried to call the customer care the call was never picked up. Was this information helpful? | |||

I paid my monthly instance and I see no internet available for the day I am working from home as such and net is not displayed
