Hathway — Non issuance of receipt

Hi I'm Hathaway user since last 4-5yrs residing in citi of joy Mulund. Since March 2014 I have been asking for receipt of payment from my operator. But I was told that they will sign on the card and for a single customer they can't issue a receipt. So I stop making the payment and told them that it's my right to ask for the receipt and will pay only if they issue me receipt. So now they have blocked my service. non issuance of receipt I is the source o[censored]naccounted income...I would like you to look into this matter.
