Hathway — Pathetic customer service | |||
I've been using Hathway service for 3 years. Due to covid I had to be there in my hometown for 3 months. I asked the customer care associate to hold my connection. Raji the customer care associate has confirmed me that the account will be held after paying 490rs which I've paid and I can recharge after 3 months. But I've been getting calls everyday for the past 3 months to recharge. When I told them about my account is in hold, they say there isn't any option to hold. So there is a confusing in the process between the associates themselves. And few people very rude and hanged up the call while I was speaking and when I asked them to connect to me to a manager. This is a nightmare for me. Now I got frustrated and moved to jio connection. But still they keep on calling me everyday and they are not taking my termination request. This is the worst customer care service I've ever experienced Was this information helpful? | |||
