I have been having issues with my broadband speed since couple of weeks. I have raising the service request from their App. These service requests are being closing stating the issue is resolved. But it is not resolved, no action is being taken from their end, no response to email as well.
ex: the below service requests :
03092021B687052 - raised at 11:45 and is closed saying issue is resolved.
03092021B687542 - raised at 12:02 and is closed saying issue is resolved.
03092021V693007 - raised at 15:40 and no response.
if the issue on Service request one was resolved, how would the system create a new case in next 17 mins, for the same issue?
Really poor service from their team. They call daily at the end of subscription period to recharge quickly, but no proper resolution to issues raised with them,
need your help on this anyway possible.
