Hathway — poor hathway support service and internet speed concerns

I am writing to bring to your attention two significant concerns regarding my experience with Hathway services.

Secondly, I am experiencing significant problems with my internet connection over the past couple of days. The speed has been unacceptably slow, impacting my ability to carry out essential tasks online. Furthermore, I am troubled by the fact that the Hathway technician who installed the service changed the router login password without providing the credentials to me. This lack of transparency and accessibility to essential information is concerning and frustrating.

In light of these issues, I request your immediate attention and resolution. Specifically, I ask for:

1- Improved support service with options to connect to a human agent for assistance.
2- Investigation and rectification of the slow internet speed issue.
3- Provision of the login credentials for the router to ensure accessibility and control over my own network.
