[Resolved]  Hathway — Recharge successfully completed but wifi us still not working

I have completed my friends wifi recharge of Hathway Broadband of Rs 589 the recharge has ben successfully completed but the wifi is still not working we tried to contact the company many times but they alll are ignoring us and not responding properly i am sharing u the screenshot of the payment. This is not the way to treat ur customers. Please help me asap because of this issue my college work is pending.
