I have paid 2562 for a new hathway connection as they said will give new connection within 2 hours, then they have delayed 2 more days for giving a connection so i have decided to cancel the order and asked them to provide a refund of my money, they said ok and since 4 days crossed they are not giving my money back not even responding calls and mails

Updated by surya1191 I haven't received the refund amount yet, Kindly check and do the needful from your end as soon as possible, Since these tickets are ( #151224 & #151026 & #150918 & #150895) says "ticket has been closed" 3 days ago, why have I not received the refund money? also there is no reference number you gave as said refund is initiated.
