Dear sir/madam,

I have paid an amount of 3250 4 days back and you have provided the internet for that particular day and the next day you have deactivated my account. There are exams which i have to attend tomorrow and my works are pending because of you. So please reactivate my account so that i can complete my works. I have been mailing to the head office and the customer service is nil. So i hereby request you to look into the matter very seriously and make sure that you solve the issue very urgently.
