[Resolved] Hathway — Worst Customer service of Hathway
Hathway is not providing appropriate support even though my account is active. I have raised a complaint through app but it is showing in process since 30th august 2020.
I have emailed this concern but still no action has been taken. There is no further communication regarding this issue. They are just saying we have forwarded your request to technical team.
Every time I call customer service they disconnects my call in 2-3 mins.
Mr. Jalaluddin, who is head in CS department - BIG SHAME ON YOU.
I tried to call this person many time regarding this issue but he is not picking up my phone, I tried atleast 80-90 times continously.
POOR SERVICE AND WORST OF WORST CUSTOMER CARE.
Is hathway quality team is aware how frequently there associated disconnecting calls.
I want action on those agents who disconnected my calls.
