Complaint / service request #[protected] Had originally complained on 13th and again on 15th july that geysor was tripping. Technician finally came on 21st july with a promise that he will visit on 22nd with the parts to be changed. He did not visit and i am not able to contact him as his phone seems to be switched off. Customer care has been giving a standard reply and a sms message that the issue has been escalated. Unfortunately, this does not help and they do not transfer the call to any higher authority. Seems that all repair work has been out-sourced to local electrical shops. Kindly help to resolve this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
