[Resolved] Havells India — 15 litre storage water heater not working | |||
We have logged complaint for geyser not working on sunday dated 4th aug. Still issue is not resolved rather we are following up every day. Product is under warranty as same was purchased on 20th nov 2018. Despite one week follow up technician visited and asked for money to attend issue. Twice they visited and without checking actual issue they asked for charges. Since when we bought this geyser, initially safety wall was missing, after consumer compliant only they attended the installation. Now again same drama of charges. Not sure what does that mean by free installation and warranty if consumer has to pay for anything or everything. Requesting to take necessary actions immediately.
