I purchased first time havells air cooler (Freddo-i) on 20th april 2017. From jagdamba electricals upon installation We found some manufacturing or physical damaged complaints lodged on 23/04/2016 With customer care was routed to service centre mr. Jagdamba servece centre in delhi Ref. No gd253440 service engineer asgn mr. Sabir ali found front panel physically miner damaged one locks is brocken. Engineer some repair through favi kwik but problem not solved but my new product turned nasty. They told me your complaint received after 24 hours company not responsible. They are not cooperating and giving flimsy reasons. Please change defective product asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
