[Resolved] Havells India — bad service bad quality | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a water heater a year back and it was a defective piece. It has been got dis-function multiple times and every time we need to followup customer care and after 1-2 weeks mechanic came and guarantee every time that it would not stop working again but only 1-2 days after it again got dis-function.And this time, no one is responding. I have complained many times but no action is taken till yet. I am totally frustrated with the product and services. I would request you to return my money I don’t want any exchage of product because the service and product both are so bad or i would surely gonna take some legal action for the same. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased 3 geysers 10 days back and called 1000 times customer care, ahmedabad office and service station but no response till date and worst attitude by havells india staff
